Short version: By using shelfhq.co or buying a product from us, you agree to these terms. You get a personal license to use what you buy — don't resell, redistribute, or share the files. Refunds follow our 7-day refund policy. We're not liable for how you use the content.
These terms govern your use of shelfhq.co and any products you purchase from Shelf HQ.
By accessing shelfhq.co, subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
If you're purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
We sell digital products — prompt packs, Notion templates, guides, tool bundles, and similar downloadable content. Delivery is handled by Gumroad, our checkout and fulfillment partner. After purchase, you'll receive a download link by email and can access the files anytime through your Gumroad account.
When you purchase a Shelf HQ product, you're buying a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own work or business. Specifically:

Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Payment is processed by Gumroad — they handle billing, tax calculation (including VAT / GST where applicable), and receipts.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes never retroactively affect products you've already purchased.
Our refund terms are covered in full on our Refund Policy page. Short version: 7-day refund if the product doesn't work as described. Repeat refund requests across our catalog may result in being blocked from future purchases.
All content on shelfhq.co and all products we sell — including prompts, templates, written material, images, code, and brand elements — are owned by Shelf HQ or our licensors. We grant you the license described in Section 4, but all other rights are reserved.

We use third-party services to run our business — Gumroad handles checkout and file delivery, and additional infrastructure vendors handle hosting, email, and newsletter delivery. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how your data is processed.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to ensure everything works as described, but we can't guarantee:
You're responsible for your own use of the content and the decisions you make based on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shelf HQ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we'll also notify newsletter subscribers in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
